This weekend we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the production CloudChains service which will impact the availability of the CloudChains portal and the schedules of your Chains.

To avoid potential issues, the CloudChains portal will be unavailable during the maintenance time frame and all activated Chains will be suspended.
This means that none of your currently activated Chains will be triggered and they cannot be triggered manually, including all Chains for all your customers.
After the maintenance has been finished, all Chains will be resumed.
The backlog they have accumulated by not running for a period of time will automatically be processed based on their last run date, after which normal service will resume and the CloudChains portal will become available again.
Purpose of this maintenance
- Updating Exact Online connectors to comply with mandatory changes in usage of Exact Online API
- Updates in field presentation for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement connectors
- Stability fixes for CloudChains scheduling and execution services (core)
